• Invited as a resource person for an International Translation Workshop organized as a part of the International Literary Festival ?Writing the Future? conducted by Jamia Millia Islamia University in collaboration with Sahitya Academy, IIT Delhi and Asia Pacific Writers Partnership, Australia during October 2008. Presented two short story translations at the Workshop.
• Invited as a resource person by S.S. Foundation, Chennai, to participate in a One day workshop on ?Positive Parenting? for providing practical guidelines to teachers and parents on issues relating to parenting and teaching in August 2008.

• Participated and contributed to the drafting of the syllabus for Commerce Paper III of the T.Y.B.Com course conducted at N.M.College,
• Appointed as the Chairperson for the adhoc Board for Syllabus revision for the T.Y.B.M.M. course Paper III on ?Financial Management for Marketing and Advertising? and submitted the draft of the syllabus for the said course.

• Delivered the key note address for the 51st Anniversary celebration of the Goregaon Tamil Sangam and delivered a talk on ?Poet Bharathiar?s Prose Contributions?.
• Translated and created the Audio book version of the Tamil Best Seller ?Vetri Nichayam? in English which is currently under print.
• Delivered lectures as visiting faculty for M.Com and B.M.M. courses in several colleges during the academic year.

• Attended a one day Workshop on ?Remote Sensing & Geographical Information System (GIS) for Biological Sciences, Environmental Science & Social Sciences- An? Interdisciplinary Approach? organized by the Kirti College? on 16th February, 2009.
• Participated in the ?XV Annual Conference of the Bombay Geographical Association?? organized by the Department of Geography, University of Mumbai held on 27th February, 2009.

• Member of Redressal Grievances Committee in the Subject of Financial Management for Marketing and Advertising at the BMM examination (First half of 2008)

• Completed the ?Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication course conducted by Madurai Kamraj University,? Madurai in? May 2008.

• Resource Person during a Career fair at the SIES College. Conducted a session on Time Management.
• Conducted sessions for the Dept. of Comprehensive Education on topics Leadership Skills, Enhancing Performance at Workplace, Self Awareness etc.
• Resource Person for Human Resource Management ?at Birla College, Kalyan.
