National Service Scheme :

• Hitech Family Enrichment Foundation awarded certificate to Prof. Santosh Katariya?in appreciation of exemplary service for spreading awareness about "Special needs and opportunity for special children" with the help of Tricolour Flags.

• NSS unit of our college is awarded 2nd prize at the intercollegiate blood donation campaign for collecting highest number of bottles(241) of blood for the year 2007-2008. The award was given by Think Foundation and received from?the hands of Dr. A.D.Sawant, Pro- Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University.
  
  
• The above prize was reported in "SAKAL", a daily newspaper on 16th July 2008.
  
  
• On 18th July 2008, the NSS unit celebrated "GURU POORNIMA" in our college. The volunteers distributed rose as a token of love and affection to the Junior and Degree college teachers.
  
  
• 14 NSS volunteers participated in UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION DAY on 18th July 2008 at Marathi Vidya Bhavan, Kalina campus.
