| A REPORT ON SIES ALUMNI REUNION 2014 |
| The SIES Past Students? Association organized and hosted Alumni Grand Musical Evening and Dinner Gathering on Saturday, 22nd February, 2014 at 6.00 p.m. at the college premise. Three months in advance the whole program got conceptualized and scheduled to initially reach maximum contacts through our registered database. By the help of few present batch student volunteers most alumni were contacted through personal phone calls and by sending emails. Confirmation was taken over the phone and via mails. With the help of student volunteers, few alumni staff members and non-teaching staff the ticket passes were reached to the guests. The college received over 400 overwhelming confirmations. |
| On the day of the event around 380 alumni guests graced the occasion and made it a gala celebration for us to cherish it permanently. Alumni Teachers of the institute constituted themselves into reception, registration, stage management and hospitality committees for the smooth functioning of the event. The grand evening was inaugurated with a welcome address by Mr. Ramamoorthy, President of PSA. He felicitated Dr. Harsha Mehta, Principal, SIES College and Mr. Mahendra, organizer of the Musical Orchestra with floral bouquets. ? |
| The Musical extravaganza was a delight and superb piece of songs of yester years to the present time Hindi film songs hits was scintillating and kept the guest in groove. Following this a delightful spread of mouth watering and finger licking dinner was enjoyed by all. The student volunteers interviewed few guests and noted their suggestions and impression about their visit to Alma Mater. ??? |
